Goulbourne has more than a decade of leadership experience across manufacturing, financial services, and consumer goods. She previously served as a consultant to Blue Power, overseeing portfolio strategy, brand development, and innovation initiatives.
Her prior roles include leadership in product innovation at British Caribbean Insurance Company (BCIC) and marketing and business development at Jamaica Producers Group, where she revitalised the JP St Mary’s brand and provided oversight for Tortuga Caribbean Rum Cakes, strengthening market engagement and brand visibility.
